The product I want is out of stock. When will you have it available?

At the time this page was written we're waiting for our first shipment, which we estimate will be available in June 2021. For any information regarding changes to this estimate or future products, all the information can be found at our social media accounts on Facebook or Instagram, in addition to the news section of this store.

 

¿What's the delivery process for your products?

After confirming your purchase we will contact you to determine where and how to find you to deliver your order. For the moment we're waiting on our first shipment. Therefore, deliveries will start when the products disembark and wait times might be longer than usual. For orders placed with product in stock and whose delivery is within the province of Santo Domingo or Distrito Nacional, deliveries will be made within a 72 hour period from payment and address confirmation. For orders meant to be delivered somewhere else in the country we cannot guarantee a specific timerame, but you can estimate it will take from one to two weeks. Do you hace a phisical store I can visit?

For the time we're opperating as an ecommerce site only. If you cannot or do not wish to make your order through this site you can try contacting us through our socail media accounts on Facebook or Instagram to explore alternate sales channels.

 

Can I pick up the product instead of waiting for its delivery?

Let us know this is your preference when we contact you to plan delivery and we will determine if it's possible to arrange that for you. It is not standard practica and cannot be guaranteed at this point, but we do make exceptions.
